Suppliers
Suppliers is the directory of vendors, contractors, and other entities you pay. It pairs with Bills: the supplier on a bill points back to the record here. URL: /suppliers.

Two view tabs:

Plus a Show archived suppliers toggle and a Search by supplier box.
When the list is empty: "No suppliers found — Connect your Xero or Quickbooks to sync your suppliers, vendors, contractors and schedule payments for any new invoices you receive."
Once populated, capture columns. Likely: name, contact, total owed, last payment, status.
Two ways to add suppliers
1. Sync from accounting software (recommended)
The dashboard integrates with Xero and QuickBooks. Connect the integration once and your suppliers — plus any new bills — sync over automatically.
Find the integration setup screen (likely under Settings or Connect). Walk through the OAuth flow, document the sync frequency, what gets synced (suppliers? bills? both?), and how conflicts are resolved.
2. Add manually
Click Add supplier to create one by hand.
Walk through and capture: required fields (name, email, payout method/bank details, tax ID), and any approval/verification gates before the supplier becomes payable.
Archive
Use Show archived suppliers to bring archived suppliers back. Archive any supplier you no longer trade with.
