Transactions

Every payment attempt — successful, failed, refunded, or disputed — produces a transaction record. The Transactions page is the source of truth for what's happened in your account.

Feature gating observed

On the dev account walked through to write these docs, the Transactions entry in the side-nav did not navigate when clicked. It appears to be feature-gated (paid tier or per-account flag).

If your account has Transactions enabled, walk the page and replace this stub with the real documentation. Capture: list columns, available filters, status set, transaction detail panel sections, available actions per status, export options, retention.

Document Transactions

Walk through and capture (a) the list view (columns, default sort, filters, search), (b) the detail view (sections, timeline, related records), and (c) actions you can take per status (refund, resend receipt, copy reference).

  • Invoices — invoice payments produce transactions.
  • Payment requests — payment-link payments produce transactions.
  • Webhooks — receive transaction events programmatically.
