Invitations

How to invite new teammates onto your merchant account.

Send: the invite flow (email-only? SSO?), expiry policy, and whether bulk invitations are supported.

Send an invitation​

  1. Open Settings → Team.
  2. Click Invite.
  3. Enter the email address.
  4. Pick the role.
  5. Click Send.

The recipient gets an email with a link to accept the invitation and create their password.

Pending invitations​

Pending invitations appear in the team list with a Pending badge. From there you can:

  • Resend — send the invitation email again.
  • Revoke — cancel the invitation. The link in the original email stops working.

Expiry​

Invitation links expire after a set window.

Confirm expiry window (24 hours? 7 days?).

If an invitation expires, revoke it and send a new one.

Bulk invitations​

Are bulk invitations (CSV upload, multiple emails at once) supported?
