Admin overview

If you're an owner or have admin permissions, this section covers the work that's specific to you: managing your team, controlling what they can do, and configuring the account itself.

What admins do here​

  • Team & roles — see who's on the account, what role each user holds, change roles, remove users.
  • Invitations — invite new teammates, manage pending invitations.
  • Settings — account-level configuration.

What admins cannot do here​

  • KYC and onboarding-level changes (legal entity, bank account on file) typically happen outside the dashboard.
  • Acquiring rail / processor configuration is done by the platform, not by individual merchants.
