Quickstart
This walks you through your first session in the Merchant Dashboard, end to end. It assumes someone has already created your account and sent you an invitation email.
Total time: about 5 minutes.
1. Sign in
Open the dashboard URL you were given (it will look like dashboard.<your-provider>.com) and sign in with the credentials from your invitation email.
Confirm: do new users go through a forced password reset, MFA enrollment, or accept-terms step on first login? Document each one in order.
2. Land on the dashboard
After signing in, you're dropped on the Dashboard — a summary view with charts and shortcuts to the most common actions.
What you see here at a glance:

- Recent activity — the last several transactions.
- Volume chart — payment volume over a recent window.
- Quick actions — buttons to create a payment or invoice.

3. Take your first payment
From the landing page, click Create payment (or navigate to the Create a payment page).

4. Find what you just did
Open Transactions from the left navigation. The payment you just created appears at the top of the list.
Click any row to open the transaction detail view, where you can see the full record and (if applicable) refund or reattempt.

5. Set up your team (admins only)
If you're an owner, the next thing to do is invite your teammates. Open Settings → Team and use the invitation flow.
